Manly Harbour Village businesses encouraged to make their shopfronts bewitching for Halloween
Being part of a community that puts on one of Brisbane’s best Halloween street parties every year has inspired local Manly business, iCreate Solutions to take its support to the next level by sponsoring the Manly Harbour Village Best Dressed Business competition.
The advertising, marketing and digital agency has been based in Manly for seven years now.
Founder and Creative Director Sonia Jeffery said that supporting other local businesses to raise their profile during the Halloween period is something that really aligns with the agency’s core mission and values.
“One of our values is that we get out of bed every morning to be creative,” Ms Jeffrey said.
“The Best Dressed Business Competition is something that can bring out the creative in everyone that operates a business along Cambridge Parade. We think that is really special!
“It also adds to their ability to gain greater attention from the thousands of people that come to the Street Party and Parade from all over the Greater Brisbane area, which is great marketing.
“That’s something that is also core to our mission as an agency.”
iCreate’s sponsorship includes a prize of over $1300 worth of digital and creative services for the winner. Businesses will also be able to show off to the public who will be able to vote via a custom-built photo app.
Mrs Jeffery said the agency has been working with several local firms on their digital, advertising and marketing already, including Manly Harbour Village itself. The agency also works for prestigious clients including Frasers Property Australia, Urbane Homes, Body Track, Aquatic Achievers and City Fertility.
Recently, it was also successful in a major competitive pitch for a luxury multi-storey apartment project on the Gold Coast.
“So we have every reason to celebrate too!” Mrs Jeffery said.
She strongly encourages all local Manly Harbour Village businesses to join the fun.
“String up the cobwebs, pop out the pumpkins and go for some spooky staff outfits like witches or goblins, for example. We can’t wait to see what spellbinding ideas people might come up with!”
